Transmission adapters.
TWO (2) EarlyHemi trans adapters are available. $500 each plus freight
The L6 adapters are priced at $500 plus freight.
The L8 adapters are priced at $500 plus freight. Call for freight costs.
The newest L6 and L8 adapters are aluminum.
These adapters are for Mopar small block transmissions/bellhousings.

PISTONS and PISTON RINGS:

The Dodge bearing shell is 0.901″ wide and the DeSoto is 0.931″ wide.

If you need to shorten a pre-56 cam to use with an aluminum front cover I am down to one (1) modified drive hub and retainer to use with shortened cam. These parts retain the early link-belt chain and sprockets. I can also shorten your cam along with regrinding. New cam sprockets (S-239) are getting extremely difficult to source so don’t toss yours until you have a replacement. I have several used sprockets in good condition available.
